Flatbed UV Printing
Our two Hybrid Anapurana flat bed printing machines allow us to print direct to almost any substrate up to 19mm thick and 3.2m wide by any length. The machines permanent white ink availability also allows us to print direct to any clear or coloured material giving you even more creative options to consider without the need for lengthy and costly ink changes.
The UV inks dry instantly and are resistant to scratches and the elements. Designs will last up to 3 years outdoors without the need for costly protective laminates.
Solvent Roll to Roll Printing
We find that in our industry you cannot just process a job, each job is different and each project requires overseeing throughout the whole process keeping you informed along the way.
To ensure your project runs smoothly you will only deal with one person throughout the production of your job. One of our experienced and dedicated project managers ensures every project is delivered to the highest standard and on time. They take meeting your expectations very personally.
Small Format
HP Indigo Small Format Press
There are many digital print machines available for production of low volume marketing material, but we believe there is still only one outstanding machine and that is HP’s Indigo press and why it is our machine of choice.
With it’s litho quality, using inks instead of toners, the Indigo presses versatility allows so many production options including a fifth colour white/orange, personalisation, a wider variety of papers and so much more.

Tension Fabric Frames & Graphics
Tension Fabric Frames are a revolutionary fabric tension system which is so versatile the creative possibilities are huge. It can be mounted onto walls, doors or ceilings with a fabric graphic applied to the face, or be a free standing unit or partition wall, with a single or even a double facing fabric graphic.
The system is created from a lightweight aluminium frame which can be fitted on-site by our installation team or, depending on size, sent as a flat pack unit for you to assemble yourself.
The frames comes in a variety of profile depths ranging from 20mm to 100mm, with the ability to be cut and finished to create almost any shape you can imagine.
Installation
By installing our own printed graphics we can ensure they are fitted to the same high standards we have maintained throughout the whole production process by our skilled and qualified fitters.
Your project manager will take all the hassle off of you for organising the installation. They liaise with the stores, malls, exhibition halls etc to gain passes, book in time slots and work within tight 24hr time frames.
Once a project is in our hands you really can rest assured it is in the best hands.
Exterior Signage
Flat Faced
The Stand look for a built up letter with a complete solid face.
Trough
Essentially the opposite of a flat faced letter as the face of the letter has a sunken effect. The face of the letter is open and has a solid back which is the letter of choice for creating a retro design with LED bulbs embedded into the face.
Rim Faced
Rim Faced built up letters are the standard manufacturing method for acrylic faced letters when illuminating with LED. This type of built up letter has the most strength.
Rimless
Rimless letters allow for the full face of the letter to be illuminated and are the perfect option for small-medium sized letters.
Joinery Workshop
Probably one of the few graphics companies to have our own in house manufacturing facility, essential to help us create your bespoke POS, Exhibition or Event graphic structure.
This service further strengthens our overall ability to offer front to end production and installation, helping to streamline your production process.
Edge Polishing
Used for cleaning and polishing the edges of acrylics, clear or coloured. Diamond polishing is used for straight edges and flame polishing for shaped. This in-house service gives us the capability to apply further quality finishes to your printed graphics, keeping the project totally under our control.
Hand Finishing
In this industry no two jobs are the same and much of this difference is in how they are finished. With a strong team of hand operatives we can finish almost any kind of graphic project from simply applying velcro tape to the reverse for easy application, to constructing intricate wooden units for exhibition and POS projects.
Laminating
Our laminates can be applied to a wide variety of our printed substrates such as vinyls, or solid materials like foamex, DiBond, Corex etc. beautifully enhancing your graphics.

With two Zund CAD cutting machines we have the capacity to handle any cutting job with the flexibility to cut/crease, router or V groove.
The bed size is one of the biggest available matching our Vutec flat bed digital press at 2m x 3m enabling us to directly finish our printed sheets.
